our Mission

Daniel S. Kratka, founder of Kratka Law Group, began his legal career as a criminal prosecutor in the Manhattan DA’s Office, gaining recognition for his trial work. He later led a Manhattan law firm’s criminal litigation practice for 18-years, achieving a winning track-record. Mr. Kratka is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has successfully handled thousands of criminal cases, recognized as a recipient of the Lawyers of Distinction Award. Mr. Kratka practices throughout the state courts of New York and New Jersey and represents clients in federal courts throughout the country.
